These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jl20 platform — including all casino games, sports betting, account features, and payment services. Please read them carefully before registering or playing.

Important: By creating a jl20 account or using any part of the jl20 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use jl20 services.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jl20.club ("jl20," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the jl20 website, mobile interface, casino games, sports betting services, and any related features or functionality (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, any applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines, including those enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register and use jl20, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
jl20 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at jl20's sole discretion pending identity verification. We may request proof of age at any time.
Age Verification: jl20 requires all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Accepted IDs include UMID, PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, and driver's license issued by the LTO.
Each player may maintain only one (1) jl20 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. jl20 shall not be liable for account access issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is deemed to be authorized by you unless you have notified jl20 of a security breach without undue delay.
jl20 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. We reserve the right to suspend access to any account where unauthorized activity is suspected pending investigation.
All transactions on the jl20 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl20 does not apply currency conversion fees for PHP transactions.
4.1 Deposits. jl20 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your jl20 wallet within the processing time of the relevant payment method. jl20 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts not registered in your own name.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the cashier section. jl20 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours for fully verified accounts. jl20 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering. jl20 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) and its implementing rules. All transactions are subject to monitoring. jl20 may freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
Note: Funds deposited on jl20 are player funds and are held separately from jl20's operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements. Deposits cannot earn interest and are not treated as investments.
jl20 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives subject to specific terms published on each promotion's detail page. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates.

Malfunctions in game software or hardware shall void all affected wagers. If a technical error results in incorrect odds or payouts being displayed or paid, jl20 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust affected account balances accordingly, with notification to the affected player.
Sports betting results are determined based on official results from the relevant sports governing body or recognized data providers. In the event of cancellation of a sporting event, stakes will be returned in accordance with jl20's sports betting rules published on the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl20 Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (net of bonuses and pending disputes) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed verification and AML checks.
Players who have been permanently excluded from jl20 must not attempt to register a new account. Any account created in violation of an exclusion order will be closed immediately and all associated funds may be forfeited.

All content on the jl20 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and audio-visual elements — is the property of jl20 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the jl20 Platform without prior written authorization from jl20.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl20 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming winnings resulting from technical failures outside jl20's control.
jl20's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jl20 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including payment processor and internet service provider interruptions), and force majeure events are outside jl20's liability scope. Where possible, maintenance windows will be announced in advance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. jl20 operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jl20 Platform shall first be submitted to jl20's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter through the appropriate regulatory channels, including PAGCOR's dispute resolution process for licensed operators.
Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of jl20's internal dispute process may file a formal complaint with PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulations.
jl20 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
